I did figure graphics ram still dominated as it seems obvious, however in saying that with Revit taking advantage of all those cores I was hopeful it would be 'alright'. We worked on our projects at night and weekend their. When I was in school 10 years ago they had labs with high end pc for us to use. but if you can find a 3080 it should last all 5 years. The laptop you have will work but I would say she will want to get a faster one in 2 years once her projects becomes more complex. The 4G of ram on the Gpu will be used up so fast by todays real time renders so try to find 8Gb if you can.

As she learns the programs she will learn how to reduce ram usage but still get the best end goal. The ram will be maxed out quick and will make the programs crash so the more ram the better. (For the kind of work she will be doing it would be best to the get the best gpu you can so she can see her design faster and learn fast and not have to wait on the render. Not sure were you are located but in the use for the price you have you can get a rtx3080 and 32g and almost top of the line CPU(Autodesk like intel and NVidia parts less crashes).
